Site Photo Uploader is a Telegram bot that lets authorized team members upload photos to a Google Drive account. This policy explains what data the application handles and how it is used. The application is operated by [OPERATOR_NAME] ("we", "us").
Information we access from Google
The application connects to a single Google account (the operator's account) that you authorize once. Using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive scope, it accesses Google Drive only to:
- List the folders inside a designated container folder, so team members can choose the right project and category.
- Upload the photo files that team members send through Telegram into the selected folder.
The application does not read, open, download, modify, or delete any other files in the Drive account.
How we use Google user data
The Drive access described above is used solely to provide the upload feature: reading the folder structure to present it as choices, and writing the uploaded photos to the chosen folder. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
Site Photo Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information we store
To operate the bot, we store a small amount of data in our own database:
- Telegram user identifiers and display names of the people who use the bot.
- Each person's role and the projects they are allowed to upload to.
- Google Drive folder identifiers for the folders configured for uploads.
We do not store the contents of your Google Drive. Uploaded photos are placed directly into the operator's Google Drive; they are not retained by the application after upload.
How we share information
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed only to run the service, using infrastructure providers (for example, our database host) acting on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep the stored data (user records and permissions) only for as long as the person uses the bot or the operator keeps the service running. To request that your data be removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
